Kokopelli Triathlon
Heather has been training since she had Gemma for a sprint Triathlon in St. George. Today she competed and did a great job. They first started at Sand Hollow Reservoir and swam out and back 1/2 mile. They then transitioned onto there bikes and rode around the reservoir for a total of 12.1 miles. They then ran 3 miles. I was very proud of her for doing this and she did a great job. She ran the last 200 feet with Gemma and Hallie.

Great job Heather!! What an inspiration to us all! If I didn't think I would drown on the swimming I might just want to give that a try! I need something to get my butt in shape! Watch Travis...HOLY COW!! That is scarey! I am always worried with Dan and those man machines!
